For quite a while I only knew Peggy as 'Pam's Mum... it's always the way at first. Many hours are spent watching our children on the rink practising their skills. I came to know her gently and over a period of time. Peggy was a proud Granny of her own Grand daughter but always took the time to chat about my girls and how they had improved. She was funny, informed and we always felt safe when Peggy and John were around. There is something really precious in a Granny's love.
i will miss the twinkle Peggy always had in her eye.
